QUICK MEAT BALLS 
Use your meat loaf recipe or the following one:

1 c. tomato juice (or milk)
3/4 c. oatmeal (Quaker oats)
1 egg, beaten (optional for low cholesterol)
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef

Mix real good and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls, lay into baking pan and pour 1 small jar spaghetti sauce over. Bake 3/4 to 1 hour at 350 degrees (can also be done in microwave in glass dish for lesser amount of time).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
