MEATROLL 
2 eggs
3/8 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. dry oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground beef
6 slices boiled or shaved ham

Combine everything but ham and cheese. Pat out on wax or foil paper to a 12"x10" rectangle. Put ham on top of meat leaving a small margin around the edges. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up using foil to lift. Seal edges and ends. Place seam down in a 13"x9" pan. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
