MAPLE SPICED PORK TENDERLOIN | |
1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. coarse ground pepper 1/2 tsp. ground coriander 1/4 tsp. ground cloves Oil Maple syrup String Preheat oven to 325 degrees or grill. Combine spices together and coat tenderloins. Let marinade overnight if possible. To Cook: Tie tenderloin tail under so that meat is the same diameter for the entire piece. Brush with oil. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush with maple syrup, and bake until meat registers 155 degrees with a meat thermometer. Let stand 10 minutes, slice thin to serve. Serves 4. Pork tenderloins usually run 1/2 to 3/4 of a pound. |
