MOCK FILLETS 
3 lbs. hamburger
6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp. ketchup
2 beaten eggs
Dash of pepper
12 oz. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt

Mix together all the ingredients and form into thick patties. Wrap a slice of bacon around each patty, fasten with a toothpick. Cook on the grill on aluminum foil for about 40 minutes. Makes about 7 fillets.
