2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 sm. pkg. instant pudding, chocolate flavor
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients except eggs and chocolate chips. Beat until smooth. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Batter will be stiff. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
