1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine butter, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a bowl. Beat in eggs. Mix in flour and baking soda. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes approximately 4 dozen.
