POPPY SEED BUNDT CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix 1/2 c. vegetable oil 4 lg. eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. poppy seeds Combine cake mix and pudding in large bowl. Add other ingredients and beat until well blended, light and fluffy (3 to 5 minute). Bake in well buttered bundt pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. (Remove from oven when it is slightly underdone, it will finish baking as the pan cools.) |
