MEATBALL IN SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
6 to 8 soda crackers, crushed
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls and brown on all sides. Drain, put into baking dish. Cover with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be served over rice or noodles.
