HONEY FROSTING 
1 c. honey
2 egg whites

Boil honey approximately 10 minutes in heavy saucepan. Honey will turn dark. Beat egg whites until stiff. Pour honey in fine stream into egg whites while beating. Frost cake immediately. Good with spice cake or dark chocolate cake.
