GRILLED SHRIMP | |
2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 c. olive oil 1/2 c. chopped fresh basil or 2-3 tbsp. dried basil 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. hot sauce 2 lb. large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined Combine all ingredients except shrimp in shallow dish, mix well. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and marinate 2-3 hours in refrigerator, stirring occasionally. Place shrimp on skewers. Grill 3-4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade. Makes 6 servings. |
