SEVEN LAYER JELLO
1 (3 oz.) pkg. each of the following Jello flavors: lime, orange, lemon and cherry
1 pt. sour cream
2 pkg. Knox gelatin
2 c. milk
1/2 c plus 2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Grease very lightly with salad oil, a 9 x 13 inch glass container. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water and make the lime Jello. Cool and pour into container.

To make the white layers, mix 2 packages of Knox gelatin with 1/2 cup of water to dissolve. Heat milk to boiling, remove from heat, and add gelatin. Stir to dissolve. Add the sugar and the vanilla. Mix in the sour cream with an electric mixer until smooth. Set aside.

Let each layer set in the refrigerator until firmly set. After lime Jello is set, add about 1 1/2 cups of the white mixture. Let set about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the orange Jello using 1 1/2 cups of water and let cool. Add after the white layer is set. From the bottom to the top the layers should be in the following order: lime, white, orange, white, lemon, white, cherry.
