RAINBOW JELLO SALAD 
Dissolve 2 envelopes Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and set aside.

Bring to a boil 2 cups milk and 1 cup sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 cups sour cream. Beat until smooth. Then add Knox gelatin. Divide into 3 equal parts. Keep stirring occasionally to keep smooth.

Make 4 colors of Jello, using 3 ounce packages of Jello, adding 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cup cold water. Alternate layers in a 9"x13" pan, allowing each layer to set at least 30 minutes. Use a layer of Jello first, then a layer of Knox mixture and etc.
