SEVEN LAYERED JELLO 
1 sm. pkg. red Jello
1 sm. pkg. yellow Jello
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. pkg. green Jello
2 env. Knox gelatin
2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Starting with green Jello, dissolve in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Pour in dish. Chill and set 1 hour. (In 9"x13"x3", greased if unmolding.)

Dissolve Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Bring milk to a boil, add sugar and gelatin, sour cream and vanilla. Mix with electric mixer until well blended.

Spread 1 1/2 cups on top of green layer; set 1 hour. Continue alternately with sour cream mixture ending with red Jello.

It's a good idea to dissolve Jello while other is setting so it's cool. Sour cream mixture can remain at room temperature during this time.
