SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined and cooked
1 can cream of shrimp soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. onion
1 can onion rings

Lightly fold all ingredients together except onion rings. Place in casserole. Top with 1 can onion rings. Can be made with cream of chicken soup and diced chicken.
