COUNTRY CORN BREAD 
2 c. cornmeal
2 c. flour
2 c. milk (or buttermilk)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar (less if desired)
8 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
