SPANISH RICE WITH BEEF CASSEROLE | |
3/4 lb. ground beef 1 can corn (whole kernel), drained 1 c. water 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 1/2 c. minute rice 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. black pepper Brown meat, breaking the pieces and stirring, about 5 minutes. Add corn, water, tomatoes and seasonings; bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
