SPINACH ROLL 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thaw and squeeze in towel until dry
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Bacon Bits
6 to 8 sm. green onion, chopped

Mix together. Spoon on to 12 inch flour tortillas, be sure to cover edge. Roll away from your longest side closest to you. Refrigerate overnight, if possible, slice into bite size slices.
