CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine dry ingredients, except chocolate chips; add wet ingredients and mix. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.

Bake at 350°F until toothpick comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
