STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
16 mushrooms (lg.)
1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. Italian seasonings
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1. Clean mushrooms, remove stems.

2. Chop stems until fine.

3. Heat 3 tablespoons butter in frying pan and saute mushrooms and onion.

4. Mix sauteed mushrooms and onion with eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, Italian seasonings, garlic, salt and pepper.

5. Rub mushroom caps with melted butter and place them cup side up on buttered baking pan. Place stuffing in each cap and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining butter.

6. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until tender.
