STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
25 med. or jum. sized mushrooms (washed & stemmed)
1/2 lb. bacon (cooked & crumbled)
1/4 yellow onion (minced)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, onion, bacon (chopped mushroom stems optional). Stuff mushroom caps with cream cheese mixture and broil approximately 10 minutes. For an extra touch, sprinkle with fresh Parmesan or Ramano cheese.
