FROSTED STRAWBERRIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 egg whites
2/3 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries or 3 c. fresh
1 (9 oz.) whipped topping

Mix flour, butter, brown sugar and pecans. Put into large rectangle baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir every 5 minutes until crumbly. Cool. Remove 1/3 of crumbs for topping.

In large bowl, beat egg whites, sugar, lemon, and berries on high speed for about 15 minutes. Add whipped topping and blend with spoon. Pour mixture over crumbs in pan. Put remaining 1/3 ounce crumbs on top. Freeze, serve frozen.
