EASY PLATE CAKE (PEACH) 
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. melted butter

Heat peaches with juice, just to boiling. Add almond extract. Pour peaches in 8 x 8 inch pan. Place biscuits on top. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Brush biscuits with butter and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 475 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
