3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Mix together; pour into springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until center is almost dry. Remove from oven and cool 20 minutes.

Make topping below, or top with canned cherry pie filling: 1/4 c. sugar

Mix together and pour over cheesecake and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
