MEXICAN BREAD 
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 onion
1 c. milk
1 c. corn, drained
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. jalapeno peppers
1 c. hamburger meat
1 c. grated cheese

Melt butter in skillet. Mix all ingredients together except for peppers, hamburger meat and cheese. Pour half into skillet. In remaining half, add peppers, hamburger meat and cheese. Pour over first half and smooth.

Bake at 350°F°F until brown (1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes).
