12 (6 inch) corn tortillas
2 cans refried beans
1 c. chopped onion
2 cans chopped green chili peppers
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. butter
12 eggs
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Taco sauce

Heat tortillas according to the package. Meanwhile, heat beans until hot. Place tortillas on cookie sheets and spread beans on tortillas. Sprinkle each with tomatoes, peppers and onion (divided evenly). Heat butter and fry eggs lightly in fry pan. Place 1 egg on each tortilla and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of cheese. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until cheese melts. Serve hot with taco sauce. Serves 6 to 12.
