SNICKER CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
12 oz. chocolate chips
12-16 oz. dry roasted peanuts
12-16 oz. caramels
Oblong pan

Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour in greased oblong pan 1/2 mixture. Bake until done at 350 degrees. Upon removing from oven, pour caramels which have melted in double boiler over cake. Sprinkle peanuts over caramels. Pour and spread remaining batter over top. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Return to oven. Bake until done (about 20 minutes).
