HALLOWEEN YAM PIE 
4 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 can Royal Prince yams, drained and mashed
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

In 2 quart saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows in milk stirring occasionally. Add mashed yams, mixing thoroughly. Chill about 30 minutes, until thick. Gently fold whipped cream into yam mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with additional whipped cream or chopped pecans.
