TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne (ground red pepper)
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. can refried beans
12 oz. green chili salsa
10-12 flour tortillas
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Colby cheese, grated

Brown hamburger and onion in pan. Drain off fat. Add next 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Spread beef and bean mixture over flour tortilla. Sprinkle with grated Monterey Jack cheese. Roll tortilla up. Place in two 8x8 inch pans. Continue process until meat mixture is gone.

Top with grated Colby cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave covered for 12 minutes on high, turning dish after 6 minutes. Serve with lettuce and sour cream. Can freeze second pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
