THE BEST GREEN BEAN SALAD 
1 lb. fresh green beans
4 sm. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 garlic cloves, mashed
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes, drain well and cut up. Cut beans into 1 inch lengths. Cover beans with water, bring to boil, then simmer about 8 minutes. Drain well.

Combine beans and potatoes tossing lightly. Combine rest of the ingredients, stir well and pour over vegetables, tossing gently.

Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
