GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
1 c. chopped bell pepper (red or green)
1/4 c. hot pepper (red or green)
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle Certo

Chop peppers in blender with approximately 1/4 cup vinegar. Add remaining ingredients except Certo. Bring to boil and boil 4 minutes. Add Certo and boil 1 minute. Pour into jars and let jell.

This is great served with cheese ball and cracker.
