3 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can (12 oz.) beer

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl by hand. Bake in greased muffin tins at 425 degrees until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
