CHICKEN KABOBS 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Simmer above ingredients together for 5 minutes. Cool. Marinate 1 1/4 inch pieces of boned chicken for 1 hour. Thread chicken pieces, pineapple chunks, parboiled green pepper slices, water chestnuts, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms on skewers. Grill or broil for 20 minutes, basting with remaining sauce.
