1/2 block Feta cheese
spinach and romaine or spring mix greens
cranraisins

Dressing:

2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil (may use up to 3/4 c.)
salt and pepper to taste
pecans, sautéed in butter until crisp

Mix all ingredients except cranraisins, greens and cheese to make dressing. Add dressing to greens. Add cheese to greens. Mix. Add cranraisins for color.
