APPLE MYSTERY DESSERT 
3/4 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and sift dry ingredients, stir in unbeaten eggs and vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts. Turn into a well-greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes until brown. Garnish with whipped topping sprinkled with cinnamon.
