VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
6 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. green pepper
1/3-1/2 c. barley
1 tsp. salt
2 bay leaves
1/4 c. ketchup
2 (8 oz.) cans tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce

Cook until vegetables are done.
