PIZZA SAUCE 
1/2 bushel of tomatoes, made into juice
3 hot peppers
3 green peppers
3 lb. onions
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sweet basil
2 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 bay leaves
2 cans tomato puree (large)
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. salt
1 pt. oil

Cook first 4 ingredients until soft and put through blender and add to tomato sauce. Cook 1 hour. Combine oregano, sweet basil, parsley, garlic powder, and bay leaves; add to sauce. Add tomato puree, sugar, salt, and oil. Add to sauce and cook 1 hour or until thick enough for you. Can in hot jars and seal.
