MOCK SOUR CREAM (Low Calorie) 
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. lemon juice

Beat cottage cheese in blender or with beater until smooth. Add buttermilk and lemon juice and stir well. Store in refrigerator in covered dish. Mixture thickens when cooled. Use in place of dairy sour cream in your recipes. Makes 1 cup.
