SALISBURY STEAK 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
8 slices bacon

Lightly toss together beef, seasonings, onion and parsley; shape into 6 to 8 patties; wrap bacon slices around patties, overlapping ends and secure with toothpicks. Arrange on broiler pan and broil in preheated broiler about 3" from heat. Brown on one side, turn, sprinkle tops with bread crumbs and broil to desired degree of doneness.
