4 finely chopped pineapple rings
1 chopped apple
1 chopped pear
1 peeled orange, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. orange juice
2 c. water
Rind of 1 orange
3 med. bananas, sliced

Combine all the above ingredients and chill.
