GOOD & EASY PIZZA 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour

SAUCE:

1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 2 tsp. oregano

TOPPING:

1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
1 c. sliced pepperoni (4 oz.) or sausage or browned & drained ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper, sauteed
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients; beat vigorously, about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest (5 minutes - no longer).

Mix sauce ingredients; set aside. Heat oven to 425 degrees. On lightly greased baking sheet or 2 round pizza pans, pat dough out. Continue to flour fingers while patting dough. Spread sauce on dough.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano. Arrange pepperoni, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly.
