In the bottom of a casserole dish put 1 1/2 pounds browned hamburger, seasoned. Next place 1 cup grated cheese over meat. Next arrange a package of tater tots over cheese. Mix 1 can cream of celery soup with 1 can cream of mushroom soup and add the soups to the casserole, undiluted. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
