SALSA NAPLI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. pure vegetable oil
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can tomato puree
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. crushed oregano
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and onion in hot oil in large skillet. Add tomato puree, water, salt, garlic powder, sugar, oregano and pepper. Simmer, uncovered 30 minutes; stir occasionally. Add cheese; cook 5 minutes. Enough for 1 pound cooked spaghetti or preferred pasta.
