2 c. Jiffy baking mix
3/4 c. milk
2 (6 c.) muffin pans or 1 (12 c.) muffin pan

FILLING:

1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. (3 oz.) sliced pepperoni, cut into quarters
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Pam no-stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin pan cups with Pam and set aside. Blend baking mix and milk to a soft dough. Turn out onto a floured surface. Knead about 20 times. Roll dough into rectangle about 1/8 inch thick. Cut out circles with 4 inch cookie cutter. Press circles into prepared muffin pans.

Combine sauce, mushrooms, green pepper and pepperoni, spoon dough, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until brown. Yield: 12 treats.
