BAKED DEER LOIN 
1 lb. deer loin
1 can cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1/2 c. milk
flour
Butter Flavor Crisco

Slice tenderloin in 1/4 inch thick slices, tenderize until flat. Roll in flour, fry in skillet in Butter Flavor Crisco until brown.

Put loin strips in casserole dish, add soup mix and milk over loin.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until soup mix thickens.
