1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. salad oil
Pepper to taste

Cut beef into chunks, and chop garlic fine. Combine garlic, garlic salt, Tabasco, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, salad oil and pepper to taste, and bring to a boil. Add water or wine and beef.

Simmer for 3 hours or until beef can be pulled into shreds with a fork. Add additional water during cooking time if needed.

Drain off excess liquid, and add barbecue sauce. Heat through and serve on onion rolls or hamburger buns.
