GRANDMA'S CARROT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated raw carrots
1 1/2 c. broken nut meats
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Bake in three 8 inch cake pans or one 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/2 stick soft butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine.
