HAWAIIAN NIGHT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
9 oz. Cool Whip
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well-drained
Coconut
Crushed walnuts
Maraschino cherry halves, well drained

1. Prepare cake mix in a 9x13 pan.

2. Dissolve pudding in milk, whip, set aside.

3. Beat cream cheese and add Cool Whip. Beat. Add pudding to this mixture. Beat.

4. Spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle pineapple, coconut, nuts and cherries over topping.

5. Chill a few hours before serving or freeze. Take out 1 to 2 hours before serving.
