BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. frozen orange juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 chicken
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oil

Combine barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, onion, honey, water, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, pepper and garlic powder in a saucepan. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly, lower heat; cover; simmer 30 minutes.

Wash chicken; dry on paper toweling. Shake in a plastic bag with flour to coat well. Brown chicken turning once in oil in a large skillet. Drain on paper toweling.

Arrange chicken one layer deep in a large shallow roasting pan. Pour barbecue sauce evenly over, turning pieces to coat. Cover with foil.

Bake in a moderate oven 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
