MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans (19 1/2 oz.) La Rosa sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 c. shedded Mozzarella

Crumble and brown ground beef (5 minutes on high). Drain. Stir sauce into meat. Cook, covered 4 to 5 minutes on high. Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and parsley. Layer in 9 x 12 pan, start with 1 1/2 cups sauce on bottom, top with 4 noodles, 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese. Next 1 1/2 cups sauce, 4 more noodles, 2 cheeses and end with remaining sauce.

Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 15 minutes on high rotate dish, microwave 20 minutes on medium. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, microwave 2 minutes on high. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
