PINEAPPLE COLESLAW 
DRESSING:

1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice

SALAD:

2 c. shredded green cabbage
1 c. carrots, shredded
3/4 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. cashews

In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients, toss lightly. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Refrigerate to blend flavors.
